A New scrapbook page and a Freebie

I am finally starting to understand what I'm doing in Photoshop Elements. There are so many great tutorials and videos that people have made and they have really helped me learn. Here is another of my Pages and a Freebie I made that you can download. I call this "Ready For Summer" and it's made from the Kit called Tropical Madness by Best Kept Memories and can be found at Digisisters.
